Roy is pleased that this is Episode 15 and not Episode 2000 and hopes Martin keeps his dirty garden hands away. The Stunt Brothers start with a new segment called The Backgrounder that hilights The Seven Dimensions of The Classroom Climate produced by the Faculty of Education at the University of Nebraska. Then The Nugget encourages teachers to start the year not with a focus on assessment and diagnostic testing but rather with the building of a positive and enduring classroom culture. Know this: There will be a classroom culture even if you do nothing so the secret is to shape and nurture a positive learning environment that will make the year a success for all. Be in control before the year controls you.
