The topic of mental health is rarely used as a topic in daily conversation among students. But actually good mental health is very important to us? and how does poor mental health occur? and is that really not good for us? then what about the wrong views and misperceptions about mental health? and how to deal with it?

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

So maintaining our mental health is very important, and don't ever assume that people's problems are not important because everyone has a different way of thinking and everyone has a different problem. That way, as we know it can affect a person's mental health, good or bad. so serving everyone well, one of the ways to take care of our mental health and also their mental health. no loss.
