In this episode I discuss why I believe implementing all three planes of motion into your training program, regardless of goal, can bring you more gains, keep you pain-free and build confidence with new movement patterns. The sagittal plane should always be the back bone of movements to focus on when building strength...but, adding movements that compliment these lifts should involve different variations of accessory movements or secondary lifts that can get you burning more calories, asking more from the body and emphasizing coordination to keep your body durable, stable and agile.
