I believe a movie is made in the edit and as a filmmaker, it's up to you to have an idea how to do it yourself just in case you run into roadblocks during the journey! Efficiency, organization, style, tone, tempo... all of it matters and with a little practice everyone can learn how to get their movies made! I find that cutting a film is the best part of the process and I hope one day, you do too. Enjoy!
