I had the right people, the right service, and a solid model, yet we stalled. The issue wasn’t skill; it was me leading like an individual contributor, parachuting into client work and quietly killing ownership. In this episode, I share how shifting to clear communication, simple systems, and real autonomy unlocked the team—why not taking over, inviting honest feedback, and letting people own the client is what makes everything explode in the right direction.

Asger Olsson’s Diary is a podcast where I share thoughts, lessons, and stories from running a marketing agency, investing in e-commerce brands, and navigating life as an entrepreneur. Over the years, I’ve managed more than €80M in ad spend, and along the way picked up plenty of wins, failures, and lessons learned along the way.

No scripts, no polished speeches - just honest reflections on business, creativity, and whatever else is on my mind. My own personal diary.
