Are you ready to change an old habit? Ready to do something different in order to get a more satisfying result in your athletics?

To succeed at your sport, you have to embrace #thedailygrind.

The important but boring kind of actions you do day in and day out. Strength and conditioning. Flexibility. Cardio. Drills.

Eating well. Getting enough sleep. Managing your time.

To do all these things that support and build a strong foundation for your sport, you need to develop habits.

They are the things you do without thinking about it.

the process of stopping a habit you want to leave behind or creating a new habit is changing the thought that is driving it.

Habits usually come from simple thoughts. This feels good. This is just what I do. I always do it this way.
