This week we discuss the 2023 American biographical sports drama film Air directed by Ben Affleck and starring Ben Affleck , Matt Damon, Jason Bateman, Marlon Wayans, Chris Messina, Chris Tucker and Viola Davis.

The film is based on true events about the origin of Air Jordan, a basketball shoeline, of which a Nike employee tries to strike a business deal with rookie player Michael Jordan.

Heads up ironically this podcast should also go down in history - like the signing of Nike - as one of our worst produced podcasts ever!

This is one of our first when we were testing podcasts over zoom. While the sound might be dodgy the content is not which is why we are not redoing it.

This is all about the Aussie. He loves how this deal revolutionised sport.

You don't need to enjoy sports to watch this movie but it would be handy if you knew what Nike was and enjoyed wearing their gear.
