Are you starting your day with a win? Are you setting yourself up for an amazing day? This episode is about creating a plan and taking action. The topic came to me after 4 conversations in a week about routine. In particular morning routine and why it’s so important to have you start your day with 3 wins before 8 am. It set you up for an amazing rest of the day.

We walk through my morning routine that does not start at 5 am but is an amazing way to start the day. I share my favourite meditation from Mindvalley, it’s game-changer for those of us that need extra help with focus.
