The sacred journey of Holy Week begins with a powerful meditation on fidelity. Today's reflection takes us to Bethany, where Mary anoints Jesus' feet with precious spikenard and wipes them with her hair. When Judas objects to this "waste" of expensive perfume, Jesus defends Mary, recognizing her act as preparation for his coming burial.
