The Toronto Blue Jays once again won a series against the New York Yankees. The Jays are now 4 games up on their division rivals for 1st place in the AL East, and are only 1 game back of the Milwaukee Brewers for 1st in MLB.
The Jays head on the road for 8 games in 7 days, starting with 4 in Detroit. The Tigers have a terrific starting rotation and power threats Riley Greene and Spencer Torkelson to deal with. The Jays will need their pitching staff to limit the damage so that their bats can chip away.
