A doctor lost nine of her 10 children after an Israeli strike on Khan Younis, the hospital where she works has said. Paediatric doctor Alaa al-Najjar's surviving child had to be operated on, along with her husband, Hamdi, who had just returned home after dropping Alaa off at work at the Nasser hospital. More than 70 people were killed in Israeli air strikes on Friday, with at least another six killed so far on Saturday, the Hamas-run civil defence agency told AFP.
