In this episode, I sat down with Bella, a courageous woman who has carried the weight of deep childhood trauma for decades. At just two and a half years old, Bella witnessed the aftermath of her father's murder, a tragedy born out of years of domestic abuse. The violence she observed, the fear she felt while hiding under the sink, and the lasting image of her father being taken away in an ambulance left emotional scars that never truly faded.

To make matters more complex, Bella was taken from her mother by her father's family, who manipulated her perception and turned her against the very person who was also a victim. This early confusion and betrayal laid the foundation for a lifetime of disconnection, a lost sense of self, and a recurring pattern of abusive relationships.

During our conversation, I guided Bella through a deeply emotional inner child healing process, helping her connect with the frightened little girl inside her who never felt safe, seen, or protected. Through visualization, affirmation, and symbolic healing, Bella began to offer love and safety to her inner child, and even connected to her father’s pain in a powerful moment of generational healing.

Bella walked away from this session feeling lighter, more empowered, and with a clearer understanding of how her past shaped her present. Her biggest takeaway? That she’s not broken, just deeply wounded, and those wounds are finally beginning to heal.
