History is about remembering the past. Blacks of the Chesapeake, lead by Vincent Leggett, share that rich legacy about Carr's Beach, and where the new state park will be in a few years. Mr. Leggett walks us through why there was a Carr's Beach and Sparrow's Beach in Anne Arundel County, Maryland and how much it meant to the community. A clip from the past is included as well as the second program with President Kurt Schmoke on student loan forgiveness.
