Anneliese Michel was born in September of 1952 in a small town in Bavaria, Germany. Her life started out quite ordinary until she began suffering from epilepsy at the age of 16. It was not long after this that Anneliese began to report hearing demonic voices, waking night terrors, and visions of hellish beings around her. She was attended by psychiatrists for many years to no avail. Eventually, after listening to the advice of her family and priests, Anneliese decided to cease all medical treatment and rely solely on exorcisms to heal her.

This is the story of those 67 exorcisms over the course of 9 months, and what they did to her. In this episode, we bring our usual jokes and lightheartedness but be warned. This one is fraught with sorrow, allegations, and questions that strike at the heart of what kind of world we live. Is Evil real? Does science have all the answers?
