Worried about protecting your business name, content, and ideas? Understanding the legal side of your business doesn't have to be overwhelming.

In this episode, lawyer Samantha Bradshaw shares what you need to know about legally protecting your online business. We break down when to invest in trademarks, how to assess your risk level, and what foundations your business needs from day one.

If you've been putting off this side of your business because it feels too complex or costly, this conversation will give you practical, budget-friendly steps to protect what you've built!

Samantha Bradshaw is a small business and intellectual property lawyer. After spending five years in Beirut, Lebanon, she returned to the U.S. in 2018 and founded InLine Legal, a 100% virtual Virginia-licensed law firm. Through her role as founder and attorney, she helps creative service providers stay out of the courtroom and in the studio by offering chief legal officer services tailored to small businesses. Her unique "traveling lawyer" career has allowed her to support clients while living on three different continents.
