Amine has spent 2.5 years handling the full buy-side process os SME LBOs: from origination to deal structuring and financing, through to closing negotiations, managing all stakeholders (LPs, sell-side advisory, deal lawyers, due diligence professionals, senior debt bankers). Prior to this, Amine worked on strategic initiatives in future projects in industrial sectors (hybridation, power electronics technology, future of mobility with a focus on business model, core business process transformation and Go-to market.
