Hello Happy People,

Dianne is thrilled to share with you her interview with Chaplain Patrick Day. Patrick has a long career in education and writing. He earned a Master’s degree in English Literature from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s in Reading from St. Thomas University. He started writing professionally as an advertising copywriter and then moved into higher education. Patrick took early retirement as a college Dean of Instruction and turned his focus to creating his publishing company and writing books. He has written nine books, all of which are available on Amazon.

Patrick has been active in jail and add!ct!on ministry since 2005. He’s a credentialed chaplain who’s ministered to hundreds of add!cts in one-on-one sessions and thousands in group presentations. Finding the Safest Place on Earth was inspired by those experiences. How I Escaped From Depress!on came out of his own five year battle to overcome major depression.

Patrick's publishing house, Pyramid Publishers, is a member of the Independent Book Publishers Association (IBPA). Pyramid Publishers has pledged to uphold the highest standards of the publishing industry.

Patrick and his wife live in a suburb of Minneapolis. The couple has two sons, two daughters-in-law, three grandchildren, and one grand dog, all of whom they love deeply.
