One day while looking at my home page for my Facebook account I came across a post as follows, "Sometimes GOD has to let you wreck yourself so HE can build you back up!" I could not help but to take a long pause and I must have re-read that post 30 or 40 times. It would eventually give me clear perspective on what I have been experiencing for the past 6-7 months...and provided me with a clear understanding of what I needed to strt doing to change things.
