Simon Cobb founded the organization People Against Parental Alienation (PAPA) to help parents who have been alienated from their children, usually by an ex-partner, which Cobb says is a form of child abuse and is also damaging to the parent, family, and society. He also discusses related problems, including police inaction, the nonenforcement of court orders, and the frequent use of false allegations.
