Recognizing a golden opportunity, Felix pivoted fully into brokerage, dedicating his career to food and beverage deals.
Today, Felix’s firm, F+B Hospitality Leasing, stands out as an indispensable resource, offering unmatched insights into South Florida’s ever-evolving F&B landscape.
