Change is a process and it happens over time. It allows us moment to reflect on the endings and reposition our awareness of how much we have grown, learned and gained in knowledge and ability to be even more precise in our forward trajectory. Today's contemplation reflects on the journey of being who I am now, the intent I sought and the being I found. Now, we reset our starting position, we refine our sense of authenticity based on what we learned, and we begin again!
