Jerry Eaves is a seasoned leader in college basketball, currently serving as the athletic director at Simmons College of Kentucky in his hometown of Louisville. Jerry previously led the men’s basketball program at North Carolina A&T.
Before stepping into coaching, Eaves helped lead the University of Louisville to their first ever national championship in 1980 and another Final Four in 1982 often cited as one of the greatest of all time due to its star-studded talent. Jerry would then go on to enjoy a notable career in the NBA, playing four seasons with teams like the Utah Jazz, Atlanta Hawks, and Sacramento Kings.
Beyond the court, Eaves brought his competitive spirit to national television as a contestant on The Amazing Race 32 and serves his community through his talk show "Jerry Eaves Sports Radio" which is held on from 12pm-1pm Monday Through Friday.
