Are you excited about getting you tools for Calligraphy ? Are you looking forward to getting fun and juicy pens? In this episode a share *10 things to consider before going out and buying to avoid the common mistakes. Those 10 basics are:

  • Make sure you did Step 1 and 2
  • Calligraphy tools are not expensive.
  • Have the correct paper weight
  • Choose the pen based on the style or script of Calligraphy
  • Pen tip styles, chisel, pointed, small, medium and large
  • Start with a notebook for practice
  • Using a dip pen you’ll need more supplies
  • Use a blotter
  • Have a ring binder or paper accordian to save your work
  • Date your best work
