Aaron graduated from IUPUI only two years ago but has already had experience working in the NFL and NBA in events and facilities management. In this episode, Aaron discusses how his experiences during college, including seven internships, prepared him for his role with the Indiana Pacers. He also explains the logistics in preparing Gainbridge Fieldhouse for the various events they host throughout the year.
