A Trine Sport Management alumnus, Patrick is in his second season as the full-time operations manager with the Cubs. In his role, Patrick is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the performance center including scheduling both team and non-team events. In this episode, Patrick discusses the life of a Minor League Baseball employee and how his many experiences in college prepared him for his role with the Cubs.
