In today’s episode, I share a comforting “a -ha” discovered during a conversation recently with a friend. For so long, I’ve grappled with the idea of “expectations are resentments waiting to happen” when it comes to friendships and relationships. How can we not have expectations? Yet whenever I’ve had expectations, it inevitably led to emotional suffering. Two questions I share today might be the answer to this dilemma!
