This episode is a good one but it's mostly about Om, so if you are not interested in Om then might be worth skipping. That said, even if you aren't interested in Om some of the thoughts and ideas might be applicable to life in general. Also, we have really struggled to record lately due to our dog's injury situation and loads of other crazy stuff going on at the moment, but hopefully soon we'll be able to get back in the studio.
