Dr. Karissa, a New Smyrna Beach native, returned to her hometown after a decade of studies, graduating from Life University with an undergrad in Exercise Science and a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2022. During her time at Life University, she played, captained, and coached the Women's Rugby team, fueling her passion for athletics and movement. Now back in her hometown, Dr. Karissa blends her love for sports with chiropractic care, aiming to share the gift of chiropractic with her community. Through her practice, Breath of Life Chiropractic, she is transforming lives and hopes to leave a lasting impact on the community she calls home.
