Noelle Banks knew when she was 12 years old the life she was going to lead. Attendinga non-denominational church for the first time in her family's adopted townoutside Atlanta, Ga., she found herself in a personal relationship with JesusChrist. From that point on, she found a relationship with Him as well as acommunity of people that would model her lifelong relationships.

It certainly came in handy years later, in 2017, when Noelle found herselffacing a breast cancer diagnosis, which resulted in a bilateral mastectomy andreconstruction.
"I've always been very intentional about who I surround myself withand I think it has made a huge difference in my life."
The people who stepped up for Noelle in her time of distress included notonly fellow congregants and friends but also strangers among the membership ofBuffini and Company, the coaching company for real estate agents that shejoined in 2004.
"We are designed to be around people and it's really important whoyou choose to surround yourself with on a consistent basis, which is one of thereasons why I so very much value our White Hat community in Buffini andCompany," she said.
Brian Buffini's podcast also ended up having a big role to play in her recovery.
