Hope (def) – is looking toward the future with a confident expectation; moves beyond wishing for something to happen – it is rooted in faith in God and firm belief in God's fulfillment of His promises (e.g., His redemptive plan, the coming of the Messiah, the resurrection of the dead, or the establishment of God's kingdom.) Believe! Let God fill you with hope and then hold fast to it! Keep trusting God’s Word as you continue to hope in Him and His promises.
