The Safer Clare Campaign is to launch a petition calling for the reopening of Garda stations, an increase in Garda numbers, and expanded access to domestic violence refuge spaces. The Campaign is seeking the support of the Clare public to join the movement for safer communities. To that end, they will be visiting towns and villages throughout Clare over the coming weeks, gathering signatures in person. To talk about this further, Alan Morrissey was joined by Chairperson of Safer Clare Campaign and Kilmurry McMahon based Aontú member, June Dillon.
