Meet Deirdre. Deirdre is an experienced Coach and Facilitator with a background in leadership, sales and personal development. I personally truly enjoyed working with her when she was the leader of our sales organization at LinkedIn in Dublin. As she used to do back when we worked together, she makes building deep partnerships with clients the key to her success as well as working collaboratively to design, develop and facilitate change that focus on clients short and long-term goals. Her greatest joy in life is to see women shine with confidence in both their personal and professional life. As a coach of women, she considers herself to be warm, engaging, and empathetic but will challenge when required to gain perspective.
