Looking at the city as a case study in cluster growth, we see that the Bard and the Biebs have more in common than many would think. Clusters and Competitiveness is produced by the Institute for Competitiveness & Prosperity, a Canadian think tank based in Toronto. Through our conversations with those who work with and within clusters, we’ll talk about what clusters can and can’t do.
