In a cover-up scandal reminiscent of Trump and Stormy Daniels, Rory becomes notorious throughout the force as "the phone guy," proving British Telecom’s old mascot Buzby's famous catchphrase, "It's good to talk," very, very wrong.

But all is not lost. Rory unexpectedly finds love in a strange place, while Bob, well, Bob finds more ice cream.
