Tanner, where he led supply chain operations, leadership development, and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with Toyota’s TSSC. Today, Tyson focuses on how Lean thinking intersects with the future of work - helping leaders navigate the disruptive impacts of AI, automation, and shifting workplace cultures while keeping people at the center of improvement.
