We, as the human beings that we are, have forgotten that we are spiritual beings. We have decided that all the stress and suffering that we experience is a normal part of our life. As spiritual beings we can exist in a state of loving awareness. This allows us to enjoy life without getting stuck in the illusion of what we think life is about.
