Why⊠NOT seeing yourself as the authority is one of the core factors to you reaching your next level, creating the group program, admitting you want the podcast or turning your âdone for youâ or time for money based work into something that pays you on holiday.
But despite KNOWING being seen as the "authority" is important - that self-belief isn't fully there đ€«.
Keeping them playing small, questioning if they need another f*cking qualification/certificate/75 years of clients "to then feel good enough".
This isn't how we do it round here (also spoiler: those things make no difference)
And THIS is what will prevent an established business earning more đđ» in less time đ
I discuss what blocks being able to own your shit.. and also creates symptoms on a weekly basis like:
* a total lack of capacity
* an inability to go for lunch/yoga/afternoon off guilt free
* havenât found more peace⊠in the big milestones youâve hit ie the ÂŁ7, ÂŁ10k months didnât âfeelâ easeful
* carry anxiety and weirdly not a huge amount of self belief owning yourself as the leader in your field
