Welcome to Episode 9 of the 180DC Podcast! We thought we would take a step away from consulting and job themed episodes to bring you some healthy discussions around mental health, reflection and just an overall chill vibes episode. This week, we had on the one and only Esther Wang, catered to our audience members who reside in the states. Esther is currently a Brand Program Manager at Zoom and alumni member of 180DC branch from UC Irvine during her time in college. She is also an avid hobbyist with a diverse range of interests and fascinating stories to share.
In this episode, we spoke to Esther about her life during college and how 180DC defined an aspect of her college and professional journey. Areas of topic we conversed about ranged from the job grind culture in the bay area, combatting burnout, tips to stay on track with your mental health, and also how to keep a positive mentality when times are tough. Esther is a ball of energy to listen to so if you're feeling down or in need of a voice that can cheer you up, don't miss out on this episode!
This week's episode comes with a twist with two reeling questions at the end rather than the usual one so tune in to find out what we ended up asking Esther.
