Welcome to Episode 5 of the 180DC Podcast! This week, we're commencing a new short series to celebrate women in leadership roles. We had the pleasure of speaking to Nayomi Alexander, a Lead Customer Success Manager at LinkedIn and Commerce alumni from the University of Melbourne.
In this episode, we chatted with Nayomi about her role at LinkedIn, her experiences as a graduate recruiter, fascination with collaborative work, and how wearing different hats across her roles has allowed Nayomi to forge her own definition of consulting. In tune with the series’ theme, we also asked Nayomi about some of the challenges she’s faced as a woman in the workforce and her tips and advice on combatting these.
Don’t miss out on this week’s reeling question at the end, where we ask Nayomi about LinkedIn’s vision of removing Resumes & CVs and why this may provide for better hiring practices.
