I bow to Bhagwan Narashimha ... who is fierce (ugram), heroic (veeram), great Lord Vishnu (maha vishnum), who blazes (jvalantam) with faces in all directions (sarvato mukham). The terrifying yet auspicious (bhishanam bhadram) Narasimha (nrisimham), who is the death of death itself (mrityu mrityum)
