In this Episode we have Teresa Hughes who is a good human and person who also happens to be an international adoptee who's been on a path of self discovery and growth for the past 8 years. Exploring different types of therapies such as athletics, traveling and most recently Van Life and MTB.
We get into several subjects as always with hopes to bring a different perspective and experience to those listening. I am grateful to Teresa for sharing her story of adversity and perseverance to overcome many of the difficult obstacles which come with self discovery/improvement.
