In this episode, I sit down with recently retired U.S. Army Ranger Nick McNally for our first deep conversation about his journey—from an upbringing rooted in endurance sports and horsemanship to over 20 years of service. Nick shares how the new generation of warfighters are evolving and how he faced a turning point in his own life when he gave up drinking and chose a path of purpose. Now a coach at University Health & Performance (UHP), Nick helps veterans find clarity and meaning after service. We met during my recent experience at UHP’s CPT course, and I knew his story needed to be shared.
