Ever thought you were eating healthily only to find yourself constantly exhausted? You're not alone. Nicole Vida's story might sound familiar - a successful executive burning the candle at both ends, gradually losing her energy despite what she thought were healthy choices.
When the pandemic forced Nicole into lockdown with her teenage sons in Spain, she couldn't ignore the signs anymore. "I was constantly feeling exhausted. I was slowly putting on weight, not massively, but over time I didn't really feel like myself anymore," she shares. This moment of reckoning led her to discover yoga, breathwork, and ultimately the nutritional approach that would transform not just her health but her entire career path.
After just five weeks on the WildFit program, Nicole experienced a profound shift. "I woke up one morning and something had changed. I felt completely different." This awakening revealed that what she thought was healthy eating wasn't actually nourishing her body properly. Simple changes delivered dramatic results, inspiring her to leave her 25-year travel industry career to become a wellness coach.
What makes Nicole's approach revolutionary is its focus on abundance rather than restriction. "It's actually the anti-diet," she explains. "Start with covering your nutritional needs, and when you eat healthy and get all the nutrients, automatically you're craving less of the not-so-healthy stuff." She works holistically with clients on nutrition as the foundation while addressing stress management, sleep quality, and incorporating more movement into daily life.
