Monika shares some incredible advice, and there is one quote that really sums up everything that we talked about, where she said “let's really start feeling amazing in our body. So to the point that we are radiating that energy and happiness and it just overflows to our children, to our spouses, and everything else that we're doing.” Some pretty fantastic advice isn’t it? So if you’re feeling like you need to address the balance in your life, I highly recommend checking out Monika’s content and connecting with her, she is such a generous kind person and I am very blessed to have her in my life.
