Having a good relationship with neighbors is fundamental to wellbeing. It may seem strange to some to wave or say hi, but small gestures can make a difference in social interactions. Unfortunately, not every neighborhood is made up of good neighbors.

Perhaps isolating yourself and not having contact with anyone may even be a good option, but when a neighbor takes pleasure in causing trouble, and disturbing the peace of the neighborhood, especially with the aim of recording and posting it all on social media for likes and followers, only the worst can happen.
This story is one of the most controversial cases I've ever shared on this channel, and I'm certain it will divide opinions. However, it serves as a perfect example of why we cannot take the law into our own hands.
So, get ready, because today’s case is about Zachary Latham, an 18 year old young man, whose insatiable desire for more followers led him to take the life of one of his neighbors, all the while recording and posting everything on social media.
