On June 8th 2021, The Honourable Mr. Justice H.S. Arrell gave his judgment finding 2 Hamilton paramedics, Christopher Marchant & Steven Snively, guilty of failing to provide the necessaries of life to Yosif Al-Hasnawi (19), who died on December 2 2017.
