After working in the airline industry for years as a senior level manager, Jay Ratliff suddenly found himself unemployed and living in the Travel Lodge Motel at the Dayton Airport in Ohio. He lived there for 10 years while working two jobs and learning the stock market. He eventually found success in day trading and created a massive portfolio.
