Hey friend,

If you want to live a life you love, knowing your values is a good place to start. If you don't know your values (or you don't follow them) you could feel incomplete; like something's missing, or that you've lost your identity.

When I became a mom, my identity shifted to solely being a mom. Everything I did was to contribute to that purpose. And later I'll explain how I fell into a depression because of it - not because of being a mom but because of the mindset I had.

In today's episode, we will talk about:

  • what values are and how to determine your own
  • how living by other people's values can cause depression
  • 4 questions to ask yourself to know what truly matters to you
  • how to start living by your values

I hope you enjoy today's episode!
