Disoriented
If you feel disoriented, it means you’re confused about where you are, what’s happening, or what to do next. It can happen because of physical reasons — like sleep, illness, or travel — or emotional situations, like shock, grief, or stress.
Examples:
1- The streets in the new city all looked the same, and she felt disoriented walking back to her hotel.
2- When her long-term partner left, she wasn’t just heartbroken — she was disoriented, unsure how to live without them.
