Welcome to the Daily Christian Prayer Podcast with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope.
Wherever you are today — on the school run, in the office, or walking the dogs — the Spirit of the Living God is with you. Psalm 103 reminds us that He “forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases.” Mercy and miracles meet in one verse.
The same Jesus who forgave you has already healed you. His blood still speaks, his power still moves, and his word still heals. Wherever pain has settled, grace is greater. Wherever fear has spoken, faith is louder.
This five-minute commuter prayer declares freedom over your body, mind, and spirit. God is cleansing hearts, renewing strength, and restoring souls. By His stripes we are healed; by His mercy we are forgiven.
As you listen today, let faith rise in your heart. The same Spirit who raised Christ from the dead lives in you. The Lord is ordering your steps, breaking chains, and bringing light to every shadow. Declare it with me: I am forgiven, I am healed, and I am free in Jesus’ name.
